Humanizing Medicine.

The Device Girls was created to bridge the gap between the clinical and the human side of healthcare.

In an environment that often prioritizes precision, performance, and professionalism, it’s easy to lose sight of the people behind it all — the conversations, the emotions, the experiences that don’t always make it into the chart.

We’re here to change that.

Through honest conversations, shared experiences, and a perspective that understands both the sterile and the personal, The Device Girls exists to bring a more human lens to an industry that deeply needs it.

This isn’t just about healthcare — it’s about connection.

The way we show up.
The way we communicate.
The way we navigate spaces that expect us to be everything at once.

Our collections are an extension of that mindset.

Designed to be worn anywhere, each piece carries a balance of confidence, self-awareness, and subtle storytelling — created for those who understand that sometimes what’s not said matters just as much as what is.

Because at the end of the day, we’re not just part of the system.

We’re human, too.

Haley Gibson

Haley Gibson

Co-Founder

Haley entered the medical device space with a drive to grow, connect, and make an impact — and quickly realized there was so much more to healthcare than what people see on the surface.

She’s someone who leads with heart, pushes herself constantly, and believes in showing up fully in every area of life. Outside of work, you’ll find her in the gym chasing her next goal as a bodybuilder or at home with her dog — her favorite place to unwind.

The Device Girls was built from her desire to create something real — a space where people feel understood, conversations feel honest, and the human side of healthcare is never overlooked.

Sarah Kruse

Sarah Kruse

Co-Founder

Sarah found her way into the medical device space through a passion for people, growth, and building something meaningful. She brings a steady, thoughtful presence to everything she does, always leading with intention and care.

At home, she’s a wife and a proud mom to her sweet boy, Sloane — a role that grounds her and shapes the way she shows up both personally and professionally.

The Device Girls is an extension of what matters most to her: creating space for real conversations, genuine connection, and reminding people that behind every role in healthcare is a human being.
